On August 22,2016, at 9.30am, peacefully with Dennis and her loving family by her side; in her 91st year.

Dearly loved and treasured wife of Dennis Sharp, and the late Peter Grant, dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Helen and the late Alister (Dunedin), Rodger and Tansy (Noosa), Stuart and Sue (Wanaka), Cathie and the late Lindsay (Auckland), Lesley and John (Sydney), Kristine and Mike (Twizel), Ewan and Jan (Wanaka) and deeply loved grandmother and great grandmother to all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Cherished step mother and friend of Steven and Sheree (Dunedin), Tom and Janette (Dunedin), Vicki and Colin (Alexandra) and Richard, loved Doris to all of their children.

A celebration of Doris’ life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 3pm on Thursday August 25, followed by private cremation.
