On August 21, 2016, peacefully at The Otago Community Hospice, surrounded by family; aged 74 years.
Loved husband of the late Yvonne, great friend of the late Mary, loved by his children Sophia, Sara, Justin, Erin and Nathan, David, Simon and Hayley, loved Grandad of Hunter, and Jordan; and Christine, loved son and brother of the Sturgeon family. Family thank Rochelle and the staff of The Otago Community Hospice for their care and support.

A service for Colin will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12.30pm on Friday August 26, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to The Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
