On May 23 2017, peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice; aged 79 years.

Dearly loved partner of Annemarie, cherished father and father-in-law of Phillip and Adele (Australia), Sharon and Kevin (Australia), loved Grandad Dave of Lachlan, Kiele, Sam, and Brodie; Andrew, and Olivia.

A service to celebrate Dave’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 3pm on Saturday May 27, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
