BURNS, Virginia Rose: 3.8.1977 - 18.6.2017

Virginia passed away peacefully aged 39 years on Sunday surrounded by friends and family, including her parents Judi & Harry, and wrapped in the warmth of the wider rainbow community. Virginia had battled breast cancer and its complications for four brave years.

Much thanks for their care and support is given to staff at Wellington Hospital, Bowen Hospital and Mary Potter Hospice.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Mary Potter Hospice, PO Box 7442, Wellington would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A service for Virginia will be held at Old Saint Paul's, Mulgrave Street, Thorndon on Friday 23rd June at 11am. Thereafter private cremation.
