On November 21, 2017, peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice, surrounded by her loving family; aged 50 years.

Much loved and loving wife and soulmate of Simon. The best mother ever to Alex, treasured daughter of Jill and the late Jim Holt (Auckland), loved sister of the late Dan Holt.

A service to celebrate Rachel’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12.30pm on Friday November 24, followed by private cremation.
