Doucas, Maria (Mary) - On July 13, 2018. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at Mary Potter Hospice aged 78 years.

Dearly loved wife of John (Ioannis). Adored mother & mother-in-law of Despina and Ramsey Margolis and Theodore and Karen Doucas. Treasured Yiayia to Yianni Doucas.

The family would like to express many thanks to the doctors and staff at Wellington Hospital and Mary Potter Hospice.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Greek Orthodox Church or the Mary Potter Hospice can be left at the service.

A funeral service will be held at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral, “O Evangelismos tis Theotokou” (Annunciation of the Birth giver of God), 3 Hania Street, Mt Victoria, Wellington on Monday July 16, 2018 at 11:00am thereafter interment at Makara Cemetery.
