HYNDMAN, Zena Laing (nee Chirnside)

On September 18, 2018 at Dunedin; aged 97 years.

Cherished wife of the late Samuel Hyndman, dearly loved beautiful mother of Christopher, John, Robin, Christabel, Nick, Jenny, Ruth, and Andrew, dearly loved mother-in-law of Brenda, Vickie, Lizzie, Chris, Sharon, Michael, Rosa, and Daphne. Darling Granny of her twenty grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. R.I.P. 

Special thanks to the staff of Yvette Williams Retirement Village where Zena has lived happily for eight years and whose loving care was unsurpassed. Many thanks to staff at ward 8 Dunedin Hospital  who were so kind and caring to Zena in her final days.  No flowers by request.

A funeral for Zena will be held in St Joseph’s Cathedral, Rattray Street at 1.00pm on Friday September 21, then to the Andersons Bay Cemetery.
