KIRK,
Passed away at North Shore Hospital on Friday 21st September 2018 aged 79 years.
Son of the late Alan Thomas and Ivy Doris Isabel Page, former husband of Judith, and Vicki, and special friend to Anne, father of Linda and Catherine, humorous father-in-law of David, beloved grandfather of Caitlin, Eli, Ben, and Paige.

Thank you to everyone who has cared for him over the last 4 years.
