UPTON, Carolyn Audrey

On August 3, 2014, peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice, Dunedin with family at her side; aged 50 years. Dearly loved mother of Tessa, Sam, and Adele, much loved sister and sister-in-law of James and Philippa, Jeanette and Greg Mendel, David and Radha.

Loved, admired and respected by her wider family and all her friends. Special thanks to the staff of the Otago Community Hospice for their care and support of Carolyn and family.

A service will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 10am on Friday August 8, followed by private cremation. Garden flowers would be welcome at the service or you may wish to make a donation to the Otago Community Hospice which may be left at the service.
