Peacefully after a short illness at Dunedin Hospital; in his 82nd year.

Dearly loved husband of the late Jopy.

Much loved father and father-in-law of Frank and Lavina, Margot and Richard Koele, Tom and Linda.

Loving Opa and grandad of Louise, Jason, Hannah, Francesca, and Ruby.

Loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle of his extended family in Holland. R.I.P.

Special thanks to the staff of Oncology Ward and 8C Dunedin Hospital for their care and support.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Holy Name Catholic Church, Great King Street, Dunedin at 10.30am on Saturday November 1, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations for the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
