PILE, Clare (Cushen, nee McElrea ) - On September 14, 2006 passed away peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice surrounded by her family; aged 55 years. Dearly loved wife of Steve, loved and treasured mother and mother-in-law of Jason and Leah, and Simon. Special friend and Nana of Jacob; Chris, Laura, Alannah, and Kate; Karla, Charlie, Josh, Willie, and Greta; Michael, Maria, and Mitchell; and John Cushen.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A service for Clare will be held in St James Presbyterian Church, Tiverton Street, Palmerston at 1.30pm on Tuesday September 19, followed by private cremation.
