KLOBUKOWSKI, Wojciech (House of Oksza)

On January 10, 2015, passed away peacefully at home; in his 69th year. Son of the late Waclaw and Janina Klobukowski (Poland).

Dearly loved husband of Cecylia and much loved Dad of Lukasz and Hania.

Long standing member of the veterinary profession with more than 40 years working as a veterinary surgeon in Poland (large animal practice) and in New Zealand (MAF/MPI).

Connoisseur of English literature and a passionate tennis player and spectator.A special thank you to the staff in the Cardiology Department of the Dunedin Hospital and GP, Dr Coleen J Lewis from Albany Street Medical Centre who took care of Wojciech.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated at Holy Name Catholic Church, 420 Great King Street, Dunedin, at 11am, on January 14 followed by private cremation. Rosary will be held in the Church at 6pm on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
