CONNELL, Joan

On June 29, 2015, peacefully with her family in the care of Yvette Williams, Dunedin; proudly aged 90 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Kevin. Adored and loved by her family, Patsy (Nelson), Kath and Horace McAuley (Tapanui), Martin and Sherryl (Kerikeri), Mary and Martin (Wellington), Anna and Grant Bush (Christchurch), Elly Lang and David, Frankie and Ron Sheat (Palmerston), special Gram and Granny of her 19 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Beloved sister of Pat Beard, and the late Arch McCarthy. R.I.P. Requiem Mass has been celebrated in St Bernadette’s Catholic Church, Forbury Road Dunedin on Thursday, July 2, followed by private cremation.
