On August 20, 2015, at Dunedin Hospital; in his 79th year. Dearly loved son of the late Ivy and Hec Mitchell (late of Cromwell), loved brother and brother-in-law of Gay and Wilson Mawhinney (Alexandra), Bev Scammell (Christchurch), Merle and Graeme Andrew (Cromwell), also a loved Uncle and Great-Uncle.

A service of thanksgiving for Terry’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 12.30pm on Tuesday August 25, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart Foundation, would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
