On August 21, 2015 peacefully at Leslie Groves Hospital; in her 91st year. Loved daughter of the late Reginald and Elizabeth Radcliffe, wife of the late Harry Madden, mother of David and Dorothea (Germany), Susan, Richard and Robyn, Gerald and Stephanie, Nana to her 10 grandchildren.

Sincere thanks to staff in Ferntree Unit for their special love and care over the last 12 months.
