LA HOOD, Gordon Gabriel

On November 5, 2015, at the Otago Community Hospice, after a short illness; aged 79 years.

Dearly loved husband and soulmate of Beverly, loved father and mentor of Garry, and the late Paul, a very special Jiddi (Grandfather) to Ruby, Hariette, and Tomas, loved son of the late Mary and Ned, loved brother and brother-in-law of Joe, the late Saba and Marie, and Richard and Mary, and loved uncle to Melissa, Dale, Justin, Greg, Eddie, Adam, Jane, and Ben.

Special thanks to Hospice staff who cared for Gordon for the last two days; your support and care has been greatly appreciated.

RIP

Gordon will be at home until Sunday afternoon for friends to visit.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 89 North Road, Dunedin at 1.30pm on Monday November 9, followed by a farewell at the Dunedin Crematorium. Rosary will be held at the church at 7.00pm on Sunday evening.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
