- On October 13, 2006, peacefully, at Dunedin Hospital; aged 71 years. Dearly loved husband of Yvonne, loved father and father-in-law of Ian and Annette (Sydney), loved brother and brother-in-law of Ngita, the late Margaret, Mollie and Andrew Anderson; Travis and Carolyn Carline. Loved uncle of Julian, Trevor, Lisa, Donna and Joanne.

A Service for Gordon will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 11am on Tuesday October 17 followed by private cremation. Flowers respectfully declined.
