FOUNTAIN, Jeffry Lynn (Jock); of 76B Golf Course Road, Wanaka. - On October 20, 2006, peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice. Dearly loved husband of Judi, best Dad in the world to Jodi and Karli. Much loved father-in-law and best mate of Andrew and adored grandad and play mate of Josh, Ned, and Zac.

A memorial service for Jock will be held at Edgewater Resort, Wanaka at 11am on Saturday October 28.

In lieu of flowers donations for the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
