On June 14, 2016, at Port Chalmers; aged 40 years.

Much loved daughter and step-daughter of Errol Duckworth and Helen Stephen, and Gail Birt and Clive Matthewson, loved sister of Jason; Justin; Lisa, John, and Ben, loved granddaughter of Coral Williams, loved niece of Carol and all her aunts and uncles.

An informal gathering will be held to farewell Naomi in the Chalmers Lounge, Port Chalmers Municipal Chambers, corner George and Grey Street, Port Chalmers at 1.30pm on Saturday June 18, followed by private cremation.
