On June 19, 2016, after a long illness, at Mossbrae Healthcare, Mosgiel; aged 75 years.

Loved brother and brother-in-law of Bill and June (Balclutha), and Lynn (Mosgiel) and the late Les, dearly loved uncle of Pamela (Nelson), Wendy and Gary (Otautau); Jackie and Grant (Melbourne), Rick, Wayne, and Daniel; William and Seff, and Susan, loved great uncle of all his great nieces and nephews, and a loved son of the late Lillian and Bill.

A memorial service for Dug will be held in Mosgiel Presbyterian Church, 11 Church Street, Mosgiel at 1.00pm on Friday June 24.
