Dearly loved husband of Lyn, loved father and father-in-law of Fiona and John Small (Christchurch), Angela and Gordon Maloney (Christchurch), and Aaron (Christchurch), also a loved friend of Justin Aitken and Tracy Fletcher and adored grandad of Lauren and Hayley Small.

A service for Douglas will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 10am on Saturday November 18 followed by private cremation.
