On February 3, 2017 tragically but peacefully taken doing what he loved best, diving on the Peninsula; aged 35 years.
Much loved husband of Ilesha, loved father of Mia, Tahlia, and Kayla, dearly loved son of David and Janice, much loved brother and brother-in-law of Angela and Robbie Barry, and loved uncle of Sienna, dearly loved grandson of Nana Pat Rae.
Sincere thanks to the SAR, NZ Police, NZ Police Dive Squad and the Coast Guard.
We will farewell Mike in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12:30pm on Friday February 10, followed by private cremation.
