ATKINSON, Douglas Mark (Mark)

Peacefully, at Dunedin Hospital; on July 30, 2017, after a courageous battle; aged 55 years.

Dearly loved son of Doug and the late Colleen, dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of Judy and PJ, and cherished uncle of Blake, and Dayna.

A fighter till the end. Will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Always in our hearts.

Special thanks to Dr Furlong, Megan, Denise and all the nurses that took wonderful care of Mark in Ward 8.

A service for Mark will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin, at 12.30pm on Friday August 4, followed by private cremation.
