On September 27, 2017 at Dunedin, dearly loved wife and cherished soulmate of Geoff Stanger.

Loving and respected mum and mother-in-law of Pam and Phill Armishaw, Ian McCann, Zac and Donna McClenaghan. Treasured nana of Jayden and Cory Armishaw, and Wade McClenaghan.

Loved daughter of Pam and the late Andy MacKinnon. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Norma and the late Malcom Paterson, Catherine and Brian McAllister and their families.

Respected friend to her extended family Steve, Haylee, Russell and the late Ben. Geoff, Pam, Ian and Zac wish to thank all doctors and staff of Ward 8C, the Oncology Unit at Dunedin Public Hospital and the Otago Community Hospice staff for their dedicated and loving care of a precious wife and mother.

Adele’s funeral service will be held at the Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 12.30pm, on Wednesday October 4, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers, donations gratefully accepted for the Otago Community Hospice and may be left at the service.
