On January 31, 2018, passed peacefully at St Andrews Home and Hospital, with loving and adoring family at his side; aged 86 years. Now with his beloved wife Marie^.

A service for Dennis will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12.30pm on Wednesday February 7, followed by burial at Dunedin Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice or St Andrews Home and Hospital would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
