Formerly of Hampden. On March 1, 2018, at Frances Hodgkins Retirement Village, surrounded by his family; aged 90 years.

Loving husband of the late Margaret, loved and cherished Dad of Jeanette, Lynda, Denise, Karen, Eve and their families.

A service for Cecil will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 3pm on Monday March 5, followed by private cremation.
