HERRING, Alan James

Suddenly at home on July 22, 2018; aged 78 years.

Loved husband of Margaret, loved father and father-in-law of Tracey, Lance and Caroline (Wellington) and the late Clinton, loved grandpop of Francesca and Mike, Gordon, and Marshall; Ella, and Thomas (Wellington) and loved great-grandpop of Christopher, and Madelyn Rose. Loved son of the late James and Alma Herring, loved brother and brother-in-law of Barry and the late Jo (Rangiora), loved uncle of Diana, Paul and family.

A service for Alan will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12.30pm on Friday July 27, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations for the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
