THOMSON, Barry James

On March 28, 2019 at Yvette Williams Retirement Village, peacefully after a long illness; aged 71 years.

Loved father and father-in-law of Cara and Julian, and Mike and Olivia, and respected friend of Christine. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Bruce and Liz, Keith and Marilyn, and Murray and Christine, uncle of his nieces and nephews, and son of the late Jim and Doreen Thomson.

Huge thanks to the skilled staff of the Special Care Unit of Yvette Williams for the support and care they provided for Barry and his family.

A service for Barry will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 3.00pm on Monday April 1, followed by private cremation.
