On Sunday March 31, 2019, in the care of the Otago Community Hospice; aged 60 years.

Son of the late Ron and Ishbel, much loved brother of Lou, Elizabeth, and Donald, much loved brother-in-law of Leanne, and Keith, much loved uncle of Ilesha, Taliha, Kayla, and Mia.

“James you were the best of Brothers and the best of Uncles, you are now at peace you will always be with us and always remain a very special part of us.”

Fly Fly high James spread your wings. You are now free, you will always be in our hearts, thank you for being you, thank you for the love you gave us and most of all, thank you for the memories, the joy and the warmth you bought to our hearts, we will miss you, we will always love you.

A very special thanks to the staff at the Otago Community Hospice who helped James and supported him on his final journey, for showing him such kindness and support.

A service for James will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay and Oxford Street and 12.30pm on Thursday April 4, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations for the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
