GILLAN, James Ernest (Jim)

After a short illness Jim passed away on May 3, 2020, at Dunedin Hospital; in his 84th year.

Best friend and dearly loved husband for 61 years of Florence Jean, dearly loved father of Sharron (Carr), and Tony, father in law of Anita, dearly loved Grandad of Erin, and Laura (Canberra), loved son of Ernie^ and Lena^, brother and brother-in-law law of Shirley^ and Jim^ Bootten, loved son-in-law of Christina^ and Roy^ Congalton, loved brother in law of June^ and Ken^ Greig, Betty^ and Merv^ Daniels, Doris^ and Maurice^ Payne, Peggy^ and Johnny Johnston, much loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews (^denotes deceased).

As per Jim’s wishes a private service has been held.
