HAY, Elizabeth Frances (Liz)

On December 14, 2020 at Dunedin Hospital; aged 70 years young.

Dearly loved wife and soulmate of Zane for 49 years, devoted mother and mother-in-law of Aaron and Sabine Hay (Australia), Danny Hay and Vicki Wyber, Angela and Joely Penese. Adored Nanny of Josh, Ben, Amelia, and Sam; Logan, and Lucas; Jamal, Jayden, Lavinia, and Montell. Loved sister and sister-in-law of John Davidson, Ray and Margaret Hay, Jenny and Steve Connelly (UK), and the late Patricia Webb,. Loving Aunt to all her nieces and nephews.

The family wish to thank Dr McLaren and the staff at Dunedin Hospital for the wonderful care shown to Liz over the last three years.

A celebration of Liz’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road at 10.00am on Saturday December 19, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and can be left at the service.
