MCGREGOR, Aileen Margaret, (nee Hewitt)

Peacefully on January 24, 2021, at her home at Summerset at Bishopscourt; in her 88th year.

Dearly loved wife of the late Ron for over 66 years, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Allan and Diane, Kayleen Jepson, Stephen and Jill, Craig and Lyndel, dearly loved Nana-Mac of Donna and Greg, Annette and Paul; Deborah and Juston, Amanda and Andrew, Blair and Emma, Nic and Jayne; Kelly and Mark, Sarah and Matt, Catherine, Pip, Robbie and Sarah, Nic and Aimee, and Chris, and great-Nana Mac to her 18 great-grandchildren. Special thanks for the loving and compassionate care shown by her friends and all those who cared for Aileen for the past 6 years at Summerset.

A Celebration of Aileen’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, Dunedin, at 3:00 PM, on Thursday, January 28, followed by private cremation.
