Died peacefully at home, as he wished, on February 16, 2021.

Dearly loved husband and travelling mate to Robyn, loved Dad and father-in-law to Jody and Bex (Warrington), Dean and Natalie (Northeast Valley) Dean is away working in Nauru. Devoted and so loved Papa to Ivy, Celeste and Hank.

A private cremation has been held.

A service and celebration for Grant will be held at Waitati at a later date.
