Died February 20, 2021 in Dunedin, New Zealand

Peacefully at Montecillo Veterans Home and Hospital with his two daughters by his side; aged 90 years.

Dearly loved husband of Bridie^, much loved Dad and father-in-law of Anne Beamish, Michael^ and Elaine (London), Rebecca Curley and Kent Newman. Loved Grandad Bill of Thomas and Michelle Beamish, Paddy and Nadia Beamish, Joe Beamish and Nina (USA), Aisling and Carlos Goatley, and Katie Beamish; Liam and Sian Curley and Megan and Gary Lyel and Great Grandad of his six great grandchildren. R.I.P (^Denotes deceased).

Bill’s family would like to thank the staff of Montecillo for their wonderful care and support over the last 2 1/2 years.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Patrick's Basilica, 40 Macandrew Road, Dunedin at 1:30 pm on Thursday, February 25, followed by the burial at Green Park Cemetery, Dunedin.
