MOFFAT, Mark Douglas Patrick

On March 25, 2021, suddenly at Dunedin Hospital; aged 53 years.

Much loved son of the late Peter and Margaret, loved brother of Craig (Denmark), and loved uncle of Alfred, and Viggo, loved nephew of Kevin and Jocelyn Ferguson, and loved cousin of Nichola, and Steven, loved nephew of Pat Moffat, and the late John, loved cousin of Anne and Cameron and their son McKinnon, loved cousin of the late Kate.

Family thank the staff of Dunedin Hospital ICU, HDU, and Ward 5 who were involved with Mark’s care.

A service will be held in St Patrick's Basilica, 40 Macandrew Road, South Dunedin at 10.00am on Thursday April1, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations to The Heart Foundation would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
