On Thursday August 5, 2021, at Yvette Williams Retirement Village, surrounded by the love of his family and fabulous staff.

Much adored husband of the late Val, father, father-in-law, and ‘Poppa’ of Pip and Steve, Hanna and Matas, Tom and Jane; Mike and Michelle, Oli, Max and Georgia, and a very special friend of VJ. A truly wonderful man who endured Alzheimers with such gentleness. Forever grateful for the love, care, and attention from all the Yvette Williams Staff who were simply outstanding, and also the staff of Thornbury House.

A Memorial to celebrate a great life well lived will be held in the Otago Golf Club, 125 Balmacewen Road, at 2.00pm, on Monday August 9.
Donations to Alzheimers New Zealand would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
