Passed away peacefully on September 19, 2021 at the Otago Community Hospice.

Loved Dad, “Pop”, and Grandad of Karina and Mark, Bry; Ant and Luciana, and Chloe.
Loved by his many family and friends here and overseas.

To those who supported David through this time and made his last days special - a big thank you from our family.

A private family cremation will be held, a memorial for family and friends will follow at a later date.
