LEWIS, Warren Edgar John

On May 7 2022, Passed away peacefully at the Dunedin Community Hospice; aged 72 years.

Dearly loved only son of Harold^ and Colleen^ Lewis, loved brother of Isdale and Brother-in-Law of Douglas Williams.
Loved uncle and great-uncle of Jonelle, Stephen, Liam, and Flynn Connolly; Kyle, Rebecca, Ethan, Mia, and Archie Williams (Melbourne) (^ denotes deceased)

We wish to sincerely thank Kathryn Forwood, the staff of the Oncology Department, Emergency Department, and Ward 8C of Dunedin Hospital. Special thanks to the Otago Community Hospice for their care and support.

A Service will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, at 11am, on Saturday May 14, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be very much appreciated and may be left at the service.
