It is with heavy and broken hearts we announce the passing of our incredibly loved and respected “Wee Mum” and Nana. Loved wife of John Stewart^, and respected former wife and friend of Ken Porter^, loved daughter of Bruce^ and May^ Johnston, loved sister of Noeline^, Alwyn^, Bobby^, Peggy^, Warren^, and loved Aunty of all her nieces and nephews (^Denotes deceased). Devoted and proud mother of Grayson and Lyn Joines (Palmerston North), Brigitte McIntosh and Ewen (Westport), Jennifer Porter, and Joanne and Graeme Wyllie, adored, precious and proud Nan of Nadine, Emma, Benjamin, William, and Robert; Ben and Coley, Ashleigh and Tyson; Tyler, Mitchell, and Leon; Connor, and Lydia; and special Great Nana to Grace, Carter, Tama, and Shia.

Previous long term amazing cook and adopted Mum figure to many at the freezing works in Mataura and her beloved Tolcarne in Dunedin.
