Peacefully, surrounded by love on February 28,2023 at his home in Purakaunui; aged 86 years.

Treasured husband of Karen, loved father of Sally, Tony, Rebecca, and Jim, loved Grandpa of Harriet, and Miles.

A Celebration of Kelvin’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, Dunedin at 10:00 am on Saturday, March 4, followed by private cremation.

Flowers respectfully declined, donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

Special thanks to the staff of Dunedin Hospital, Otago Community Hospice, Port Chalmers Volunteer Fire Service and the District Nurses for their care and compassion.

There are no words to express the heartbreak and sorrow of losing Kelvin.

Though I will never hear the sound of his laughter or see his lovely smile again, I will cherish the memories of the wonderful life we lived together.

Life has to end, love doesn’t.
