Peacefully at Dunedin Hospital on September 20, 2007.

Loved wife and companion of Len, treasured Mum and friend of Ron, Kevin and Anne, Heather and Tony and the late Janice and Trevor. Much loved sister of Maureen. Cherished Nana Pat of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

"Miss me, but let me go peacefully".

A service for Pat will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 3.30pm on Monday September 24, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
