On October 5, 2007 peacefully at Dunedin Hospital, surrounded by his family; aged 83 years.

Dearly loved husband of Merle, much loved dad of Adrienne and Keith Moore, Grant and Linda, loved grandad of Kelly and Dwain, Craig, and Rachel; Marc, Chris, Tamzin, and Robbie.

A service for Bill will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1pm on Wednesday October 10, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations for the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
