Peacefully on June 11, 2024 at St Andrews Home and Hospital; aged 103 years.

Much loved husband of Jill, and the late Helen. Special Dad and father-in-law of Bill and Ruth Richards, Ann and Graeme Smith, Julie and Alan Anderson. Wonderful Grandad and Great Grandad. Alan’s family wish to thank the staff of Frances Hodgkins Retirement Village and St Andrews Hospital for their love and care of Alan.

A Memorial Service for Alan will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel 523 Andersons Bay Road, Dunedin at 2pm on Saturday June 15. In lieu of flowers donations for the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
