On November 27, 2007, suddenly and peacefully at Dunedin Hospital, aged 58 years. Dearly loved husband of Maureen, loved father and father-in-law of Christopher and Corrina, Tania and Todd (Sydney), Gareth, and Tracey and Simon, fondly missed by Jane and Emma, and the great-grandchildren.

A service for Dave will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday November 30 followed by interment at Green Park Cemetery.
