Mum passed away peacefully at Dunedin Hospital in her 89th year on March 25, 2008.

Dearly loved wife of the late Don, loved mother and mother-in-law of Pamela and Dick Salter, Leigh and Annie, Penny and Brian Anderson, and Quentin and Michelle, loved grandmother of Natalie and Alistair, Zeke and Tansy, Andrew (Finland), Genevieve (Australia), Sarina, and Ruby and great-grandmother of Kylie, and Samantha; Ruby, and Leo; and Zane.


A private service has been held for Valerie at her request.
