On April 10, 2008, peacefully at Dunedin Hospital; aged 85 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late Fred, loved mother and mother-in-law of Ross and Valerie, Heather and John Walker, loved nana of Stephanie and Philippa; Vanessa, Carolyn, and James, loved foster mum of Kerry Swan.

A service for Jean will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 10am on Saturday, April 12, followed by private cremation.
