On June 20, 2008 at Ross Home surrounded by her family; aged 73 years.

Loved wife of the late Lex, loved mother and mother-in-law of Michele and Rick, and Roger and Anthea, loved nana of Ricky and Nikki, Courtney; and Hannah; and Ru, and Rina, and great-grandmother of Sam, Lilly, and Brook.

A service to celebrate Daphne's life will be held in Ross Home Chapel, North Road, Dunedin at 1:30pm on Monday June 23, followed by private cremation.
