On September 29, 2008 at Dunedin Hospital, surrounded by her loving family; aged 61 years.

Dearly loved wife and soul mate of Dio, loved and loving mum of Marcus and the late Paul, proud and loving nana of Roy, Brian, Jesse, Dylan, and Ross and loved great nana of Chase.

A Service for Janice will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2pm on Thursday October 2, followed by private cremation.
