Died at home after a valiant struggle on January 2, 2009 – now at peace. Aged 44 years.

Loved and devoted soulmate and lover of Jayne. Cherished dad and best friend of his children Courtney, Alexander and Mitchell.

A celebration of Duane’s life will be held in St James Church, 71 Woburn Road Lower Hutt, on Tuesday January 6 2009 at 10:30a.m.
Those wishing to spend time with Duane prior to the formal celebrations are invited to visit him in the Chapel of St James on Monday between 4:00-8:00 pm.
