Suddenly on December 31, 2008, at Dunedin; aged 50 years.

Dearly loved mother of Rikki and Toni (Christchurch) and Kacey and Matt (Waihola) and loved Nishka of Adah, and Rocki; and Hayden.

"Sadly missed".

A service for Toni will be held in the Dunedin Crematorium Chapel, Tomahawk Road at 1.30pm on Tuesday January 6, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Diabetes Foundation would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
